        Rated 4 out of 5�by Good keyboard tray w/mouse pad The person in our office who is using this was having some wrist pain. Installing this keyboard tray and lowering the keyboard has eliminated the pain. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it has a bit of a "wobble" to it ~ but that could be a problem with the installation. June 22, 2015

        The Office Suites underdesk keyboard tray allows for 10" of glide track and movement. If you have 12.5" of under desk clearance from front to back, this tray would work for you.

        To install this underdesk keyboard tray, you will need a drill as well as a phillips head screw driver. Very thorough instructions are included in the packaging. After attaching the main slide rail and support to the underside of your desk the (with the drill), you can use the screwdriver to attach the rest of the appendages.

        I'm trying to figure out how far below the desk the key board will be. I would love it if this could leave my keyboard even with the bottom of the desk.

        The Underdesk Keyboard Tray has three adjustments that allow you to position the tray at 2 1/2", 2 1/8" or 1 3/4" below the mounting surface. At the 1 3/4" setting, your keyboard keys would probably sit just about level with your desktop, due to the height of the keyboard itself.

        The height of your desk surface does not matter for the installation of this keyboard tray. Several dimensions that may be helpful are as follows. 1) The glide track length is 10". 2) Maximum width of the keyboard and mouse platform: 28 3/4. 3) Depth below mounting surface: 2 1/2", 2 1/8" or 1 3/4" below track (mouse platform).         Unfortunately, all of our permanent mounting keyboard trays require a minimum of 10". We do have a Tilt N' Slide keyboard manager that mounts via clamp on the front edge of your desktop and does not need 8" of space.
